Questions about MEPRA Linea

What gives MEPRA Linea its distinctive character?

Linea is defined by long, slim and linear proportions. The pieces create a measured visual rhythm without crowding the place setting, allowing the table to feel composed, light and contemporary.

How does Linea feel and live at the table?

The 18/10 stainless steel gives Linea a balanced weight and a clear tactile presence. The design is intended to be noticed through the hand and the rhythm of the place setting rather than through ornament alone.

How does the surface change the mood of Linea?

Mirror, Ice and Peltro trace three different moods through the same Linea silhouette: clear reflection, softly brushed light and a deeper patinated character. The form remains constant while the atmosphere changes.

Where has MEPRA Linea appeared at the table?

Da Vittorio (3 Michelin stars), Bergamo, Italy — Black Gold with logo; Alinea (3 Michelin stars), Chicago, USA — Rainbow; Quince (3 Michelin stars), San Francisco, USA — Black Gold Ice; Tilia (1 Michelin star), Dobbiaco, Italy — Champagne Ice; Restavracija Strelec (1 Michelin star), Ljubljana, Slovenia — Bronze; Tèrra, Copenhagen, Denmark — Black Gold; Verso (2 Michelin stars), Milan, Italy — Gold Ice; Mas d’Eydins (2 Michelin stars), Bonnieux, France — Ice. These references show how Linea can retain its identity across very different dining rooms.

What should be known about its made-to-order production?

Each set is made to order in Italy. This slower rhythm of production reflects the care taken with the final composition and surface, and it usually requires a longer lead time than a standard stock item. Changes may not be possible once production has begun. Because each set is made to order, it cannot be returned or exchanged once produced. Statutory rights concerning defects, damage or incorrect goods remain unaffected.
