Como is shaped by movement rather than ornament. Designed by Robert Berking, the collection is known for harmonious lines, flowing transitions and a sculptural quality that becomes especially visible in the gently arched stem. Nothing feels abrupt: handle, neck and functional end appear to flow into one another, giving Como a softness that is both contemporary and distinctly Robbe & Berking.
Where does Como appear on the tables of Michelin-starred restaurants?
Como moves through some remarkably different gastronomic worlds. In Hamburg, it appears at the two-Michelin-starred bianc, where chef Matteo Ferrantino translates the flavours of the Mediterranean into precise, highly considered compositions overlooking the Elbphilharmonie. In Munich, Como is used at Christoph Kunz’s two-starred KOMU, a restaurant built around character, clarity and the idea that eating should remain joyful. It can also be found at Michelin-starred Gut Lärchenhof and Babel in Budapest. The restaurants differ in language and place, but each treats the table as part of the complete guest experience.
