The Julie 48-piece set creates a complete table setting for twelve people. It includes twelve dinner knives, twelve dinner forks, twelve dinner spoons and twelve teaspoons. Together, the four essential pieces allow Julie's flowing lines, polished surfaces and tactile proportions to repeat with a calm and consistent rhythm around the table.

Designed by Norwegian designer Per Finne in 2012, Julie explores the relationship between form, touch and the way an object feels in the hand. Its long, slender proportions and dynamic organic curves give the collection a sculptural quality, while the softly shaped handles are carefully developed to follow the contours of the hand. The result is a design that feels as considered to hold as it appears around the table.

Julie is characterised by flowing curves, elongated proportions and a softly organic design language. One of its most recognisable details is the shape of the spoons, inspired by droplets of water. These forms are not purely decorative: they contribute to the balance and tactile character of each piece, bringing ergonomics and aesthetics together in one continuous design.

Julie is made from 18/10 stainless steel with a polished finish and is dishwasher-safe. The dinner knife measures 23.55 cm, the dinner fork 21.4 cm, the dinner spoon 21.7 cm and the teaspoon 16 cm. The elongated proportions and carefully shaped handles contribute to the natural, well-balanced feeling that defines Julie in the hand.

Julie was designed by Norwegian industrial and product designer Per Finne and introduced by Hardanger Bestikk in 2012. His approach to the collection places particular emphasis on ergonomics, proportion and the sensory relationship between an object and the person using it.
