Stainless steel has a clean silver appearance that changes with the chosen satin or polished finish. It is a manufactured material rather than a natural one, so colour is consistent, while small differences in reflections and hand-finishing may be visible.

Each piece is made and finished by Forge de Laguiole in the village of Laguiole, France, where the handle, steel and characteristic details are assembled and refined.

The mirror-polished steel creates a bright, reflective surface that sharpens the silhouette and brings an elegant play of light to the table.

Personal engraving may be possible and should be agreed before production so the workshop can confirm the placement and technical details. The expected production and delivery time is approximately four weeks.

Products made with engraving or another individual specification cannot normally be returned unless they are defective. Standard catalogue products remain subject to the statutory withdrawal rights that apply in the customer’s country.
